Biography

David Sheridan’s interests include writing of all kinds — from poetry to essays to postcards.  In addition to scholarship on the intersection of writing and technology, he continues to publish short stories as well as hybrid forms like “cinepoems.”  As Director of Arts and Media Learning, he works with Marcus Fields to run the RCAH Language and Media Center (LMC), Art Studio, and Music Practice Room.  He teaches classes on writing, media, design, and digitalstorytelling.  He is interested in the way informal learning spaces (studios, makerspaces, labs, centers) can facilitate creativity, learning, and community.
